2. Privacy Policy & Cookies

The website is owned and operated by JustJuiceit.ie. We manage your data in compliance with the EU GDPR. This means the following:

2a. Order Management

Your personal data will be used to provide the products and information offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment.

2b. Email newsletter

If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services. You can opt out of these at any point and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time.

2c. Cookies

We do not like using cookies and restrict their use to those that are necessary for the order process. Typically these cookies are designed to make it easier for you (eg, if you want to create an account so that you don’t have to re-enter your details for subsequent orders).

2d. Data Monitoring

We monitor traffic to our site using google analytics and have access to the non-personal information.  This includes the website address which led to you finding our website and which pages are most visited.  This helps us adjust our information to make it more relevant, it also helps us understand which pages are most used so we can make your visit more helpful.

We only disclose your personal data to our employees and contracted associates and to third parties who are involved in fulfilling your order (eg. couriers, order processing centre).  We never share or sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may be required to pass on your information for the purposes of investigation into fraud or other crime. We may also disclose non-identifiable statistics about visitors to our website, such as visitor numbers, in order to explain our services to potential business partners and service providers for other lawful purposes.

3. Product information

3a. Shipment Method

We make all shipments by the postal services (Royal Mail or An Post, Ireland). Tracking is available. We sell to any customer whose country’s local postal service is reliable.

3b. Import Duties & Taxes

In most countries the International Postal Treaties allow shipments to enter without going through customs and without paying local taxes. However, this is subject to limits set by each country. Please note that some countries charge import duties and taxes and so you should be aware if this is the case in your country.

3c. Your Responsibility

When you order please consider if your local postal service is reliable and if taxes or duty may be payable. If there are such costs you will need to arrange local payment.

4. Right to cancel

4a. Cancellation of Subscription

You have the right to cancel your recurring subscription in writing using the contact form on this site at any time on the day of placing your first order, without having to give a reason. You must give us at least 5 (five) working/business days notice before your next payment is due in order for us to cancel your next juice order and all subsequent juice orders will also be cancelled.

4b. Damaged/Faulty Goods

Please note that if we have delivered incorrect items to you or the items are faulty, you do not need to return them to us, simply contact us within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the product. We may ask you to send us a photograph of the damaged product and/or packaging.

5. Notices

All notices you send us must be sent to barry@JustJuiceit.ie on this site. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 (twenty four) hours after an email is sent or 7 (seven) days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Irish law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by Irish law.
